Roberto Malatesta flop and add to this cycle in which a player chooses a poet to share the evening.
The last Tuesday of each month there is an event that unites under one roof a musician and a poet. Both are of course, however, the union seeks unpublished. The very popularity of urban music and the poetry it contains, is the key to the cycle: for this is that the player chooses the poet. The result give us a new view on the work of both.
The event, coordinated by Martin Perez is in the form of an acoustic concert, in turn, includes the reading of poetry. These two disciplines, which are grazed but usually end up traveling different paths, come together here on equal terms, encouraging a cross between words and music. Each artist presents the public with the partner. It is intended that both the musician and the poet, traveling on the most relevant to their jobs, but also to produce an unprecedented cross for the enjoyment of those present.

ARTISTS ON FLOP Lestani
Florence (Buenos Aires, 1974). Author and composer, singer and guitarist, joined at its inception as the power trio female bassist Mata Violeta. Leading his group Barro began to shape their own songs, that would be foundational to the collective project Flopa Manza Minimal (2002), along with Mariano Esain and Ariel Minimal, they just relaunch a national tour. Since then presented solo and released two albums: Dulce Deposit grave (2004) and Emotion murder (2008).
Roberto Malatesta (Santa Fe, 1961). He has published the poetry collections The Cows and other Poems (1994, winner of the Santa Fe Municipal) and Above the ceiling (2003, winner José Pedroni), among others. The next will be the nothing that we saw, Pedroni also won the award. Collaborate with reviews and poems for the newspaper El Litoral de Santa Fe and Phoenix poetry magazine. He runs writing workshops in the cities of Santa Fe and Reconquista, the latter dependent on the Universidad Nacional del Litoral.
